I really do not have one specific because everything was great and fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located within the vicinity of Lucerne Central Station within 5 - 10 minutes to catch my daily commutes to various destinations. My room was very spacious with a one-bedroom, spacious living area, and bathroom. The room is very comfortable and the bed is amazing and always get a full 8 hours of rest every night. The complimentary breakfast is located in a beautiful design across the lobby. It is very spacious and never felt like there is not enough seating for some privacy. The food is amazing, filling, and hearty with scrambled eggs, sausages, and other varieties of Intercontinental-style breakfast. Above all the staff is amazing and I always feel welcome coming and going from the Hotel. They always take their time to greet their guests or have a small chat even when busy. I love the lobby and kitchen staff as they always make me feel at home with warm smiles. I stayed for 2+ weeks and I can say it almost felt like my fully serviced apartment in New York City Manhattan.

Heritage facade, but modern inside. Lovely staff. Spacious and very clean bedroom (divided from en suite bathroom by a translucent sliding door that did not quite close). Fridge and coffee maker in room, and kettle available from Reception. Electric black-out blinds on main window, which we discovered when experimenting with light switches beside door. Plenty of power outlets for charging phones and laptops. Our room faced a courtyard and was very quiet, even with the windows open at night. Breakfast was good, though staff struggled a bit to keep dishes restocked and it would have been nice to have had plain muesli rather than a chocolate one. Online check out meant that we could simply drop our keys at Reception when leaving. Overall, a very good experience and I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and the helpfulness of its staff.

Super appreciated :) At check-in they gave us a map of Luzern and a visitor card to use the public transport (line 10*) + free Wi-Fi around the city. The room was very cozy and clean. The position is central, yet the room was really quiet, so we got a perfect night of rest. There are some parking spots available in the courtyard for an additional fee of 40 chf per night; we booked a spot in advance so it was easy for us without the stress of having to find a parking :) they even let us leave the car after check-out (we took it back at around 4pm). The reception is open 24h and everyone is nice and available. 100% recommended!!

It's just a few steps from the Central Station - it should be mentioned that probably nowhere in the world train travel is as pleasant, safe and reliable as in Switzerland - and from basically all major sites as well as shopping and dining. The famous Kapellbrücke - a symbol of Lucerne, maybe even of Switzerland - is just a block away. I made a reservation for a room facing the inner courtyard as was recommended by some travelers on booking.com and it was wonderfully quiet. The staff was great, just like to mention Nadim Radimi, the Front Office Supervisor. There will certainly be a next time !

Great hotel, very practical, cosy, convenient and clean ! Great location near the station, you can just cross the street and have access to all busses and trains (which are very reliable in Switzerland). Together with the hotel booking comes a QR code you can use on all public transportation for FREE in zone 10 (which is quite extensive). The hotel has a good breakfast, staff was very friendly, parking was convenient, the room was very clean and nice with a small desk to work on as well; The WIFI was easily accessible.
