Waldstätterhof Swiss Quality Hotel

I really do not have one specific because everything was great and fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located within the vicinity of Lucerne Central Station within 5 - 10 minutes to catch my daily commutes to various destinations. My room was very spacious with a one-bedroom, spacious living area, and bathroom. The room is very comfortable and the bed is amazing and always get a full 8 hours of rest every night. The complimentary breakfast is located in a beautiful design across the lobby. It is very spacious and never felt like there is not enough seating for some privacy. The food is amazing, filling, and hearty with scrambled eggs, sausages, and other varieties of Intercontinental-style breakfast. Above all the staff is amazing and I always feel welcome coming and going from the Hotel. They always take their time to greet their guests or have a small chat even when busy. I love the lobby and kitchen staff as they always make me feel at home with warm smiles. I stayed for 2+ weeks and I can say it almost felt like my fully serviced apartment in New York City Manhattan.

It's very close to the train station so pushing our luggages to the hotel was fairly simple and quick! Location wise it's also very close to the town square, you just need to cross the bridge so the walking distance is really manageable. Bus stops are also very close by! Staff was extremely friendly and breakfast was delectable.

Great hotel, very practical, cosy, convenient and clean ! Great location near the station, you can just cross the street and have access to all busses and trains (which are very reliable in Switzerland). Together with the hotel booking comes a QR code you can use on all public transportation for FREE in zone 10 (which is quite extensive). The hotel has a good breakfast, staff was very friendly, parking was convenient, the room was very clean and nice with a small desk to work on as well; The WIFI was easily accessible. Will stay here again.

In one of Europe's most beautiful cities a great place to stay ! It's just a few steps from the Central Station - it should be mentioned that probably nowhere in the world train travel is as pleasant, safe and reliable as in Switzerland - and from basically all major sites as well as shopping and dining. The famous Kapellbrücke - a symbol of Lucerne, maybe even of Switzerland - is just a block away. I made a reservation for a room facing the inner courtyard as was recommended by some travelers on booking.com and it was wonderfully quiet. The staff was great, just like to mention Nadim Radimi, the Front Office Supervisor. There will certainly be a next time !

It was convenient being right across the road from the main railway station. While just outside Old Town, it’s an easy walk to all the sights. The staff were friendly and made the stay pleasant.
